Tracking not updating & haven't receive the item

I bought an item and placed the order last month (on March). However, the tracking number seem to be stuck at the distribution center since 6 April. Until now, i haven't receive my item yet and it is going to past the estimate delivery date soon.

Is there anything i can do if the item still does not arrive?

I would suggest waiting until the expected delivery date, the package might be delayed due to COVID. But if you still haven't received it after the expected delivery date you can file an item not received case at the resolution center. However in your case, I just think that your package is being delayed a bit.

If the item hasn't arrived by the final day of the estimated delivery period you may file an INR dispute the following day.

ALL eBay buyers, as well as ALL eBay sellers, need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

It's seen in every listing and it explains how a buyer is protected if/when he has not received his purchase within a few days past its last estimated delivery date.

You've been given excellent advice here.  In addition, I recommend that you read the MBG.  That way, you will know what to do if/when this happens again.

eBay offers very good protection for buyers.  It's up to the buyer, however, to learn about it and to use it in a timely fashion in the event of a problem.

Noting that you're located in Singapore, there are many things that could delay a shipments arrival.  Among them are Customs' delays.
