Hi all,
I was supposed to receive a package from the UK on 8/25 but it has been stuck in transit. EBay's tracking information has given me the following data and it appears it is stuck in transit somewhere between Monroe, NJ, and Chicago, IL with no movement between 8/21 and today 8/29.

However, when I search the tracking number on other sites (parcelsapp and trackpb) it states that the package is still in GB. Which should I trust? How did eBay come up with the data they are providing me? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!

No insider insight here. But I am 106 miles from Chicago and Chicago has been dismal this year sending my mail the correct direction. For whatever reason. I'm currently waiting for a package I should have had on Friday the 25th. It arrived in Chicago on the 24th.
There looks to be a small chance I might see it on Wednesday the 30th or Thursday the 31st. It's not even dark and I'm not wearing sunglasses.

You will have more than one tracking source sometimes. I would go with the one in the USA.
I have items coming from Macau all the time. I don't get tracking until it is in the USA. Then there's custom and going to shipping hub from shipping hub. And for some reason my package(s) are also delayed from USPS.
My current package is delayed by a week.
And I will not email the seller to bother them...I just don't want to get blocked by my great seller. Sellers can be touchy by too many e-mails. I am sure my package will eventually arrive. I look at estimated delivery time and not tracking. Tracking helps on day it is out for delivery and delivered only for me.

It appears you bought from a seller who is using ebay's new International Shipping Program. It's hub is located in Glendale Heights, IL. a suburb of Chicago next to the Chicago Ohare terminals. Depending on the domestic shipping agency who is responsible for the final delivery, your package is probably moving by ground from there to N.J.. If the tracking info you have received so far was gotten by using the Track package button in your purchase history, it comes from Pitney Bowes not directly from the carrier. If there is a domestic shipper's tracking number available, copy and paste it to the shipper's tracking site. That info may be more complete and up to date, than ebay's third party info.
FYI, the southern Great lakes region has been inundated with some very heavy storms that caused tornadoes and flooding, over the last 11 days, so ground transport may be being delayed by that.
