Total after purchase is differing on email invoice than what truthful total is supposed to be.

This is the second time recently this has happened, Feels like money laundering, Cooking the books or something fraudulent is happening. It may not be, but that was my thoughts. The total gets corrected after "adjustments", But it shouldn't be happening to begin with. Can anyone explain with facts without "opinions"  (evidence or actual sources) about what is happening?

When you start off a post talking about possible ‘money laundering’ or ‘cooking the books’ … and then refuse to provide details when asked by people trying to help you … I can only imagine that you are trying to plant some conspiracy theory of wrongdoing in the eBay Community.
