Top Star Login Error

Is anyone else getting this landing page “https://topstar.ebay.com/error?code=NON_USER_ACCESS” when trying to log into their Top Star account? The page says “Invite-only” and prompts me to request an invite. I’ve been a member for a few months now and even contacted customer service. They said all looks good from their end.

I'm having this issue right now. Contacted customer service yesterday and everything. It must be an app and desktop issue because I just used Samsung browser and I finally have access.

To become a member of the topstar program you need to be invited. The invites are probably sent after a member has purchased an unknown qualifying number of sneakers. The link below has info about the program.
