Hello,
Been trying to send an offer on an item and I keep getting the following message:
I’ve tried on Chrome and Firefox on my laptop and Safari on my iPhone and it’s a no go every time.
Anyone have any idea what this is? Or is this just one of these “EBay being eBay, wait it out a couple of hours” things? 😂

As a rockstar you know we need more information in order to give you good advice. It just so happens that I sent an offer this morning on my computer which uses Win10, Chrome & Firefox, and I had no problem.
This could be an ebay try again later server glitch that may be regional, but that's only a guess. So far you are the first one to report an issue on this board about the issue.
Try going back up to the top of the page, mouse over the Buying & Selling header, scroll to the bottom of the drop down list and open the Report ebay Technical Issues board. There may be reports about the problem on that board, or you can post about it happening on it.

I had that a about two months ago. Tried it again about fifteen minutes later and it worked.

I have been experiencing the same thing for about a week now. I have made sure the app is updated, restarted my phone, in a private browser, on my laptop and giving it time as I mentioned it’s been happening for over a week. Did you find anything that worked for you?

Sounds like you guys are already trying different browsers, app, rebooting, updating, all the usual first steps. And this is happening across different browsers and devices.
While I don't have a solution I can make a recommendation here @kaor_58 @gone.c-33 - every time you run into this error, click the ? icon on the lower right corner of the page to file a tech report. The more people reporting the problem, the more likely it'll get eBay's attention and move up the fix list. If you have the problem on different listings, report it for every different item number where it's happening.
