Can't be delivered past the distribution center because the seller provided the wrong info

Use the ask seller a question button on the listing and let them know of the problem. Wait one day past the last given delivery date. If it's not arrived, file an item not received case.

If you don’t receive the item you purchased you can open a case through eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
To do this ..
You go to your purchase history, click the drop down menu it will say MORE ACTIONS click that find “ I didn’t receive it”click that then Follow the prompts.
Your seller has 2 days to upload tracking showing delivery or a refund, if by day 3 you don't get a response from the seller. You can go back to the case and that’s when you can ask eBay to step in.
