TROUBLE SENDING MESSAGE TO SELLER. I CLICKED THE CONTACT SELLER, AND A CIRCLE CAME UP GOING AROUND A

I STARTED OVER 3 TIMES BE CAUSE OF THE CIRCLE. THEN  I FINALLY GET TO TYPE THE MESSAGE AND THE SEND WOULD NOT OPEN. I REALLY AM INTERESTED FOR THE ITEM.

Maybe ebay was experiencing some server issues when you tried messaging the seller.  It does happen occasionally. There may have been issues with your devices service provider as well. Some areas of the country were experiencing severe weather according to the nightly news, maybe you are both close enough to that region to have been affected by it. 

When you see these replies, try contacting the seller again. If you still get the page reloading circle it may be due to issues with the device you are connected with.  Try clearing your temporary internet files and cookie cache, and restarting the device. If that doesn't work you may need to update your operating system and/or browser.
