Hi sir im sorry i was receive your item but your item i receive from you is ok but for me is to much thinks i need some thing is sample for my shop because i dont have enought space to using the sign machine to much box and code

This is eBay's public discussion board area.

 

You will need to ask the seller if you may return the item for the reason of buyer's remorse, which means you would have to pay return shipping.  If the seller has a no returns policy for buyer's remorse, you won't be able to return it.

It would be helpful if you communicated your problem in clear English, with punctuation. Its rambling nature makes the message unclear. And, as others have said, this is an issue between buyer and seller, not for Board input and advice.

Sorry you have this problem.  To contact your seller, go to the listing that you bought in your Purchase History.  Find the item.  To the far right, you will find a line that says, contact this seller.

Click on it.  On the page that comes up, click on, I have a question about using my item, or I want to send the seller a message.  The next screen will have a box for you to type your message in.

Type what you want to tell them, what your problem is.  Then click on send or submit after entering the numbers in the box in the blank box next to that.  That is for verification.

 

Your seller may contact you in 1-2 business days.

Since English is not your first language, you may find it best to write your Message to your seller in your own language and then use Google Translate to put it into English.

Be careful with spelling and grammar. Errors make translation difficult or impossible.

 

Send BOTH messages to the seller.
