ebay...why do you keep changing things that don't need changing? We don't need you "organizing" our search preferences. All you've done is made it more difficult and time consuming and this is the second time you've changed things for the worse. Maybe you should hire someone who actually uses the feature before allowing changes that are so blatantly inefficient.

Ebay will not answer you here.

my watchlist categories have disappeared and I can't see anything on the home page because it's glutted with row after row of suggestions. I think someone is trying to put ebay out of business. I can't engage at all with this it's beyond frustrating. There are technical ADA regs that the feds put out this year that these public facing sites have to comply with accessibility standards.

It's disappointing to see so few complaints here about the mess ebay's made of the Saved Feed (which worked as it should). I assume all buyers are now seeing what I am: items that I had removed from my Watchlist, "recommendations", etc. instead of new Saved Searches/Sellers hits?
As a collector, the Saved Searches feature is essential and what we had worked as it should. I don't want ebay 's off-target suggestions.

They change their site superficially not just to distract and dumb down their users, but to make it look like this company has any kind of control over their operations. They don’t. They are a corporate embarrassment. If stock prices conveyed the liability this e-commerce train wreck has conveyed to its buyers and sellers, the stock price would be negative.
They have dumbed down their customer service to where it is weaponized against users, while rating pop ups interrupt the dumbed down “app”.
If they dumb down their systems and their users enough, we’ll all be at the level of their pathetic board and shameless executive twits.
These clowns stopped running eBay long ago. They just fill Form 4s now. This is pure stock valuation fraud backed by executive compensation schemes now.

Completely understand your frustration! It’s always tough when updates make things more complicated instead of better. Hopefully, eBay takes user feedback like this seriously and considers reverting or improving the changes. Sometimes it feels like "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" should be a rule!

Adding in my two cents here over how eBay has completely botched the "Saved Feed" feature. Way to take something that was efficient and worked fine and mess it up. Very disappointing.
