Slow response to resolve issues regarding refunding

Hi  comparing to other like Banggood,Aliexpress, Alibaba it seems Ebay is dragging their feet to refund you when you have been scammed. I have paid 999Usd for a Avata 2 drone combo and receive a keychain holder worth a few cents . The import tax on the item was more than the holder is worth. Must say the thief have got at least a sense of humor . The little doll is sucking its thumb .... I am past **bleep** of  because the scamming on all platforms !

@nicleonar_5

If you filed an INAD, seller has 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund.

Have a great day.

Slow response to resolve issues regarding refunding

@nicleonar_5,

Go to your purchase history, click on the More actions button, then Return item, select as the reason doesn't match photos or description. Follow through to file the dispute which will appear in your purchase history just above the item's title.

 The seller will have 3 days to respond by asking you to get a return shipping quote to their address, so they can send you the money to return the item, or they can just send you a refund for the full purchase price you paid for the drone.  If you do not hear back from them, in 3 days, on day four, open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button.  Since you paid in U.S. $  if the seller sends you a return shipping address in China respond to the dispute that the seller whose item location was in the U.S. wants the return sent to China.

All of this is spelled out in ebay's Money Back Guarantee, (MBG) policy.  You can find a link to the policy and its time frames by opening the listing you bought from, look under the icons for payment methods for the Shop With Confidence header under it is an underlined Learn More button. click on it and read it.

The platforms you have mentioned shopping on Aliexpress, Alibaba, Banggood are all located in China, the worlds leader of online scamming, and low quality or counterfeit goods. eBay has let in China based sellers, and it is not safe to buy from them.
