Size limit for packages from UK to Denmark with Global Shipping Program?

I saw a iMac G3 I was interested in for sale in the UK with shipping to Denmark with Global shipping program and I messaged the seller and the seller said the computer might be over the size limit with global shipping program but as a matter of fact I bought one of those computers last year from other ebay seller in the UK who also shipped with Global Shipping Program and there was no problems it was a huge package almost as big as a machining machine when I got it but it was not hold back or anything but this seller said he can try to ship it with Global Shipping program and see how it goes... what will happen if PBI at the shipping center finds the box too big this time? will they return the item to the seller and will I get refunded or will I end up in problems because I agreed with the seller to try ship it out with Global Shipping Program? anyone know what will happen?

If the item cannot be shipped from the GSP hub, it will be confiscated and given to a liquidator to sell domestically (within the UK). The buyer gets a refund and the seller gets to keep the original payment.
