Sir how can i buy a guest

@venkmur-54,

You have already registered for an account, so why would you want to buy as a guest?  While there are protections if you buy as a guest, they are not as complete as the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) protections offered to members.  Either way you buy the payment info is secure, no seller ever sees your payment method, card number or bank account info.  They only see that they have been paid.  Before trying to buy an item, make sure the seller will ship to India.

The links below explain how to buy as a guest, and also the new member limits on the amount you can spend, or how many items you can buy at one time.

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish by buying as a guest as opposed to buying on your account?

If you think it is necessary to buy on ebay.com when you are registered on ebay.in it isn't.   Of course you must ascertain that you can pay via the approved methods over here (e.g. no direct  bank transfers in most categories, generally a credit or debit card or PayPal) and that the seller will ship to your delivery address location.  And it makes a difference in which site's rules apply (especially for the Money Back Guarantee).

My guess is that you would need a different email address to make a guest purchase when you already have an account (the same as you would need a different email address to set up a new account).

It's illegal to buy a guest where I'm from. ðŸ˜‰

Just log out of your eBay account and then make the purchase.  However, you don't get all the features of eBay and if things go wrong it's a lot harder to deal with it.   At pointed out, it's not a good idea if you already have an account.

You have an account. Use it to purchase the listed item.

Do not use the word "sir".  It is not respectful to assume all the responders are men.

I've heard of buying a vowel but I never knew you could  buy the guest.

I agree with the others. No need to buy as a guest if you have an account.

You can pay on PayPal as a guest if you don't have a PayPal account. After making a few guest payments  PayPal will require you to join to continue to use their services. It's totally worth it to join because you have 180 days of buyer protection when you pay with PayPal.

I'm seeing vaguely similar "questions" from India this week (along with many more "questions" from our Sri Lanka "sellers")

Always a short confusing question/statement with no further response from the OP.

It's not just Sri Lanka and India. How many posts have we seen asking a question and then NEVER coming back with the additional information many of us ask for.

I suspect it is just people getting a tingle in their toes by seeing their name in print.
