Go to the item in your purchase history. Under More actions there's a link to Contact seller. You can message the seller ask that they cancel the purchase. But be advised that eBay doesn't require that sellers accept cancellation requests. If the seller has shipped, or they're a dropshipper and have processed the order they won't be able to.
