Seller won't respond after I accepted a offer.

I was watching a item and the seller made an offer to me. I accepted but when I got to the payment page I was told the seller doesn't ship to my location. I live in Canada my address is for Canada and the item lists Canada as a place they will ship to. I have two addresses. My po box that I normally use and my street address that I only use if a seller won't ship to po box. But neither of them are good enough this time. So I'm stuck I don't know what the seller wants me to do and I sent multiple messages about this asking them to either cancel the order or make what ever change they need to in order for me to complete the order.

Since you didn't pay and the seller won't respond, you can't do much more. If you get a Unpaid Item Case notice, you respond by saying you were unable to pay. You will want to keep a copy of the "doesn't ship to my location" screen. Try to pay again and do a screen capture of that message in case they ask for proof.
