Seller refunded an order, but has not cancelled it.

Hi there,
Last week I won an auction from a seller, and then paid in full later that day. A few days go by, and I don't hear anything from the seller or see that the item has shipped/ a shipping label has been created for it. I then go to check my purchases, and to my surprise it has been refunded in full, but the order has not been canceled. No explanation was given by the seller initially. I message the seller to see if something went wrong and they message back a day later saying that they got the shipping costs wrong. As I still want the item, I message back seeing if they can adjust the shipping cost to a more accurate amount but I don't hear anything back from them. Do I need to do anything to request a cancellation of the order myself, or do I just leave it as is since I got a refund?

Being refunded in full cancels the transaction.
Shipping is not negotiable in any transaction.
Seller refunded an order, but has not cancelled it.
