Seller offer message notification?

Hello,

I just checked in my preferences, my account allows sellers to send me offers on items I am watching. My communications settings are set to Real-time.

I just noticed that a seller had made me an offer on an item I added to my watch list but only because I looked at the item's listing and there was a blue bar at the top telling me the seller had made an offer and how much time it was still valid for. I went back to my Watch List and I see nothing there to alert me that an offer had been made. Nothing in my messages either.

I know eBay messages are notoriously glitchy,  but how/where would one find such offers, short of looking at every listing on my Watch List?

TIA!

Seller offer message notification?

I don't have an answer for you; however, just letting you know that I've received messages about sellers' offers on both my personal email account that's on record with eBay and through my eBay messages.

I just checked my account, and under "Account Preferences," "Communication Preferences," "Buyer>>Buyer Activity," I have "Offers to buyers" set to "Real-time."

My "Delivery Options" all include my email address, too. ("Account Preferences," "Communications Preferences," "Delivery Options.")

That's all I can come up with, but how in the heck would anyone know they've missed a seller offer? The way you stumbled upon it would be about it, if you're not receiving emails or eBay messages . . .

Good luck. Be sure to update this thread if you come up with a solution.
