Seller not responding, not dispatched but keeps sending offers

Hi everyone

Just thought I'd ask what others would make of this. I ordered an item on Tuesday and paid straight away, I sent the seller a polite message to ask a question about the item. Its now Friday and the item has not been dispatched and no reply either . The seller however keeps sending me multiple offers on other items which I have declined only for them to send the offer again for the same item the next day. When I logged in just now they'd sent 5 more offers.  I don't want any other items just the one I paid for. Sent the seller another very polite message and no response. Even if its sent out tomorrow it won't get here by the due delivery date.

you have 30 days from the expected date to file a case to get your money back if it does not arrive.

Seller is not required to respond to messages or provide tracking  so your item may have been shipped already

Follow post above  and file INR claim if you do not receive item by due date

I agree with the other posters. Open an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order. Ignore the other offers and concentrate on your order. Good luck.
