Hi i have problem with user @kuda1504 im trying to contact him and hes not responding and i looked he delete his ebay account so im looking to find solutions for my refund

You don't need to contact the seller. Contact eBay. Here is an easy link where you can pick the item and get a resolution (as long as you follow the eBay rules). Ask eBay to step in if seller does not respond.

Before you can take any action, you have to wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed by 1 day, before you can file an item not received dispute. Your seller's account was deleted by ebay, but there is still a chance they shipped your item, which is why you have to wait. Since the account was deleted, the seller cannot receive or reply to mesages.
Do read the terms of ebay's Money Back Guarantee, so you know what its terms and time frames are. Once you file a dispute the seller will have 3 days to respond, and if they do not on day 4 you can use the ask ebay to step in, and issue a refund.
