Seller gave me two tracking numbers for one singular item I bought.

Hello All, I had a concern that has been kind of irking me I just ordered a video card from a seller last night no feedback but account since 2019 only one item for sale was this GPU. Upon checking this morning the seller provided two tracking numbers for USPS. I didn't know if this was a scam or something to save him shipping since I paid shipping. Anything I should look out  for I have been a eBay member since 2017 and I have never bought something from someone who provided two tracking numbers especially for one item.

may have made a 'mistake' on the first one and had to make a 2nd one. The seller has no way to 'delete' an old or erroneous tracking number that has been assigned to that item. One of the two should start showing activity once scanned.....

If you are seeing two tracking numbers for one item it only means the seller may have made a mistake purchasing the first label and created a new one. 
All you really need to be concerned with are the estimated dates of delivery eBay shows you, if you don't receive your item by the last estimated date of delivery you can open an item not received case. 
I can't tell you how many times I've made a weight or dimension error on a shipping label myself over the years and had to void one label and purchase another.

How odd about the two numbers.  Best guess the seller is new and confused, or the seller is a scammer and is confused. 

Where do these TWO tracking numbers appear?   Can they both be found in your purchase history? 
You try using the USPS site to see if they were generated before you even paid? 

Since the seller has no feedback, you will have to put their seller ID in on this page to see the actual feedback page that will show country of registration, date of registration, and a few other bits of information that may be useful:

Yeah I reached out to seller and asked about it. He sent me a message after purchasing and seemed nice nothing about the listing description seemed dodgy.

Yeah that makes sense I guess. I messaged him and asked if it was mistake since he messaged me after purchasing. I have bough hundreds of items from Ebay and I have never seen something like this happen so it felt weird.

both tracking # appear in my orders  I can view them on the usps website. No drop off listed yet and weight listed. 

one label was created at May 22, 2024, 8:28 pm the other was created at May 22, 2024, 8:33 pm both are usps priority mail.

I’m on the selling side of that. And there was a mistake on my return address so I had to create another tracking and label for corrected address. There’s probably other reason it could happen

2 reasons - seller made mistake with shipping and had to print new label - seller had to use 2 containers to ship items out
