I did a mistake and bought an object with the title/subject:
But after the purchase when I once more took a closer look at the technical sheets, the specification was namned by and written for a Mitsubishi Klimaanlage MSZ-HR2,5VF R32 2,5 kW
Seems there is now way to contact ebay about it either and the seller wont answer my tries to cancel this order caused by the misleadning information.
I don't even know what I have bought, is it the Mitsubishi Klimaanlage MSZ-HR50VF R32 5 kW like the subject or is it Mitsubishi Klimaanlage MSZ-HR25VF R32 2,5 kW like in the description - I don't know.
I think the seller is trying to trick people to pay for 5kw aircondition but you get a 2.5kw aircondition for twice the money.
And it seems impossible to stop this order if the seller refuse to answer or accept my cancel order ticket.
It's a scam that there is no protection for buyers for sellers like this

After the item arrives, if it does not match the item described in the listing, you can go to the "Help and Contact" link at the bottom of this page and file a return for "not as described"

yes, of course you can always do like that if you wan't the time to go and are ready for handling and pay for a return of 40kg product.
But it would be much easier if you would able to cancel an order from an ebay shop right away and buy from another seller that has all correct information about the product. Like subject, description and technical sheets are all the same.
Might be hard to file a refound ticket aswell casued by wrong description if it seems that I get the MSZ-HR25VF version which is in the description.
Then it's the subject that is wrong, not the description.

Since you are located in Sweden, the information about returns we give may be different than the process eBay uses in Europe. If you originally signed up on the German or French sites, you may want to sign into that site and post your question on that site's community boards.
I looked at the listing and see a direct email address for the seller on the listing page. You may want to try contacting the seller directly to ask them about the confusing information. If the seller has already shipped the unit, canceling cannot be done. If you receive the wrong item read the terms from the eBay Geld-zurück-Garantie. to get the information you need.
The seller may have made a mistake when they chose the manufacturer's information they added to the item specifics.
I do see that there is a rating for Heating capacity "Heizleistung:" and Cooling capacity "Kühlleistung" is one of those the reason for the confusion?
There is also a drop down selection, would the choice there change the information? My German is not god enough to read/understand all of the technical information.

You wrote while I was replying;
"yes, of course you can always do like that if you wan't the time to go and are ready for handling and pay for a return of 40kg product".
If you receive an item that does not match the title or description, the seller is responsible for paying you to ship the item back. You may have to go to a post office or call the shipping company to get the return shipping cost, and send that information so the seller can send you the money to pay for the return.

Yes, I have tried to contact by the email specified as you said with no response, and no the product haven't been shipped yet. Also did I notice the misleading information just 5 minute after purchase.
The dropdown is just about the optional installation-set, you can specify if you want quick connect installation set and specify for the lenght of installation cables etc.
"I do see that there is a rating for Heating capacity "Heizleistung:" and Cooling capacity "Kühlleistung" is one of those the reason for the confusion?"
Yes, that's where the information is wrong and also when you go to technincal datasheet below in the description wrong product is specified.
The seller has updated the information after my purchase from a MSZ-HR25VF with Kühlleistun: 2.5kw with MSZ-HR35VF and 3,5kw though, but not the time to reply my emails.
The correct information according to the subject would be
MSZ-HR50VF with Kühlleistun: 5,0kw
It's half the effect according to the subject, but still the price as for a 5kw...

The eBay Geld-zurück-Garantie, will protect you even if the seller revised the listing, as long as they did that after you made the purchase. The seller may not have responded, but have you checked your PayPal or other payment accounts to see if they have refunded you? If you paid directly using a credit card, you may have to contact the card provider, to see if a refund is being processed, since that information may not show up on a statement for up to 30 days.

That would mean that you have to read the description and the tech specs before you buy it, just as you should have done before buying this one(or asking the seller about the discrepancy).

It is very hard for a buyer to get scammed on eBay if the buyer knows how eBay works.
What is the sellers handling time on the shipping?
How long has it been since you 1st contacted the seller? Has the seller had ample time to respond. i.e. 24 to 48 hours?
I understand that it would be easier to have the order cancelled. If that does not happen and the item is not what you thought it was, open a INAD case after you have inspected the product. In the US, the seller has to pay the return shipping on INAD returns. Having to process a return now and then is part of online buying.
