Need help, I don’t know what to do. I think sellers is absent or disconnected from Ebay. Does not respond any messages and it has passed 11 days and the order has no movement. How much time or days do I have to wait in order to get help from Ebays asistants.

One day after 'estimated date of arrival' stated in item purchased...open an 'item not received' claim.

Sellers are not required to provide tracking numbers or respond to messages.
Ebay gave you an estimated delivery date..If you don't have your order by that date, the next day, open an Item Not Received case.
Seller will have 3 days to provide tracking that shows it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 for a refund.

You recently bought from a seller who just started selling again after taking more than a year off. They probably do not know that ebay placed a 21-30 day hold on the payment you sent because of that. On their account the payment status shows Pending so they do not think the payment has cleared. Often those sellers do not ship or respond to messages thinking they are a scam of some sort.
If you want the item try messaging the seller again tell them if the have not shipped because of the Pending status of your payment, to do a Google search for " Payments on hold, ebay ". If they do that they will find out what to do to complete the transaction, and get the funds released. If they do not respond within a few days or post a tracking number, if the last estimated delivery date has passed, file an item not received dispute.
