I had bid for a item in france, but before bid i ask seller if he sends to portugal and costs.
I answer that will be 22.48 Euros and i bid, having the cost of shipping in mind.
Win the licitation and ask seller to reflet all price to be paid, and he ask me to send email to ask me the full price via paypall, which i did by may 9th.
When the solicitacion arrives i paid 27.48 (5 to the soft and 22.48 for postage), we were in may, 12th
At 13th he apollogise and said that after all , the post will be 37 Euros, if i want to cancel, and i said no, ask him to ask the diference by paypal, as he did before.
He reply telling that 5 Euros more will be ok and i wait for request.
I send email to the seller on 14th, 17th and more than once to request the extra value. no answer at all.
in the very same day Ebay tells me that the order was canceled.
I ask seller why did he cancel the order, no answer..
I ask seller for refund, no answer.
I ask Ebay to step up, they told me to wait for refund, and i could make the evaluation of seller showing that he fails, which i did.
we are a month from the bid, two weeks cancel and:
- Ebay keeps telling me to wait for seller
- Ebay had deleted my evaluation of seller
- Seller had put the very same item on bid list and sell to another person
- Seller don't answer my requests of refunding no money no parcel, just 27.48 euros sent to a thief with ebay aproval.
- Ebay not only had not help in whatsoever and protects the seller.
So is this what we expect from ebay?
Like to know since no one could tell me nothing but a copy paste text.
