Seller Sent Me an Empty Package, I Cannot Take Action!

I ordered a Samsung s23 ultra from eBay for $682. The seller sent me an empty package! There is nothing inside. Since eBay suspended my account, I cannot send a message to the seller or start a request by selecting the missing parts. The error is: Something went wrong. It's not your fault, it's ours. Go back and try again. No matter how hard I tried, I got no results. This is making me angry. I don't know what to do.

This seller is a scammer! I won this phone in an auction and paid for it. Later, when I checked the seller's account, I saw the negative reviews. This seller has scammed many customers using the same method. After seeing these negative reviews, I immediately canceled the order. However, the seller did not accept my cancellation offer and sent me an empty package! I have videos and photos as proof. I am in a terrible fear right now. I want eBay to call me, I have been waiting for hours and no one has called. Is this the trust and value eBay gives to its customers? I pay my money, I receive an empty package and I can't do anything? Believe me, I'm about to explode with rage.

Please tell me what kind of nonsense is this? Usually, users who sell on eBay are suspended. I didn't sell. I bought an item for myself. My account was suspended while the item was on its way. The item I received was empty and I can't do anything. Is such nonsense possible?

I cant understand the issue you are having.

Videos and photos mean nothing. Stop doing that and save yourself time.

What does this mean ?- ."I wrote to the seller and told him that the same product you sold me, with the same pictures, was on sale 6 months ago and that the empty package was sent to the buyer who bought the order."

What are you in fear of??

Look, I won this product at an auction and paid for it.
Later, when I reviewed the seller's profile, I saw negative reviews.
He sold the same phone 6 months ago by uploading the same pictures. and the person who received the order stated that he was deceived and received an empty box. I was scared because of that and canceled the order. But the seller did not accept this and sent it. And what I feared happened to me! He did the same to me! The package is empty and there is no phone inside!

If you didn't receive the item you purchased, open a return for not as described or doesn't match pictures or description. Because what you received is not what you ordered. 
The seller will have 2 days to either issue a return label or refund. If by the 4 day you don't get a return label or refund you can go back into the return request to find and click on "Ask eBay to step in".

By the way you are not addressing eBay in this community, eBay is not here and won't reply to your post. 
This is a discussion board of eBay buyers and sellers. 
If you still continue to have issues opening a return you can always file a chargeback for not as described with your credit card or PayPal, which ever you used to make the payment.

File a Not As Described case and return what you received.

If you bought the item 6 months ago eBay can no longer help you. Money Back Guarantee is for up to 30 days past date of delivery. 
Your credit card or PayPal may not help you either as time may have also run out there as well.

If you had an account that was suspended you would not be able to post here.  Because you just created this account this morning you would not b able to file a dispute because items purchased before an account was started will not show up in your purchase history.

I think what you did was to buy something as a guest. When you did that you received an Order confirmation email from ebay. There is information in that message about what to do if there is an issue with a transaction, and if you deleted the email, how to retrieve it.  (link below)

In the link above read the info under the You want to return an item header.  DO NOT use the I did not receive it information, because you did received something, in this case an empty box. As the reason for the return you can use Missing parts or pieces.  What to do after you you file the dispute is described in the link above.  

If you still have your Order confirmation email, it might help us to help you if you post the (12 digit no hyphens)  ebay item number.  If you need more help come back here and reply to this topic.

I know this. I couldn't access this page because my account was suspended. I created this account to report this issue. The issue is not with this account. Why don't you understand me? I didn't buy it 6 months ago. That empty package was delivered to me today. When I followed the profile of this fraudulent seller, I saw that the same thing happened to a customer who bought it 6 months ago. That customer also bought an s23 ultra. He was also sent an empty package. I follow his profile and I see this in the negative reviews written about him.

That message is not being displayed because your account is suspended. Chances are ebay cannot find the purchase or seller because one or both were removed by ebay.  If you made the purchase over 90 days ago the sale would not show up in ebay's system and you may not be able to file a dispute through ebay, Do you remember about how long ago you purchased the item?

You posted an "Order number" in your reply to me, if it originally had hyphens in it, that was not the ebay item number.  I ran search on the number you posted and no results showed up. Go back and look for the eBay Item number.
