I've made an order back in August exactly 244 days ago of an item listed as a pre-order. I saw decent reviews so I trusted them for the most part. But I've received no communication besides an automated email from them and I never received my item. Ebay is no help in helping me receive my money back which is unfortunate. I wasn't 100% sure how the money back guarantee worked but I let my request sit for too long and it closed. I'd just like to bring awareness to the fact that this seller has done this a few times. I've attached some screenshots as proof.

When was the estimated delivery date?
Did you open an item not received case?

Delivery date was estimated around September but now no longer has a delivery date.
I did open an item not received case. That was the one I let sit for too long and couldn't get help from ebay.

If you paid by credit card, contact them and see if they can do anything.

You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case.
After you open the case, you need to follow through with eBay in 4 days.
ALL buyers need to understand how the INR case works. Did you not understand about following through?

Most credit cards allow chargebacks within 120 days of the transaction or date of delivery which ever is later.

When you buy a presale/preorder item on ebay it must say in the title that it is a presale item. The item has to be in the hands of a shipper within 40 days. Shipped Untracked only means that a shipping label was created, it will say untracked until the shipping agency has received it. Your item was not "shipped" within that time frame according to the first message.
The link below gives ebay's policy for listing presale items

"I wasn't 100% sure how the money back guarantee worked but I let my request sit for too long and it closed".
There is a link to ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy on every listing page just under the icons for the accepted payment methods. Its header reads Shop with confidence and has an underlined learn more button. By clicking on that you can read what to do when an item is not as described or is not received along with the time frames for taking actions.
Once filed the dispute shows up just above your purchase history, in it will be a date, on when you can Ask ebay to step in (which is a button) in if a seller cannot prove an item has shipped. MBG needs input from you within 30 days of a dispute being filed, or it assumes the problem has been resolved, and closes.
Because it has now been been over 6 months since you made the purchase it is doubtful that a card provider will authorize a refund.
