I can search my watchlist on the Ebay mobile app, but not on desktop. This is frustrating! I've noticed complaints about this over several years but no action. Could we please get this ability on desktop -- it would help a lot!

On desktop items you are watching can be placed in "Custom Lists".
Search on eBay as a whole has been messed up, but things look like they may be improving, at least as far as the Seller Hub and store searches are concerned..so getting one to work in a Watch list maybe asking alot IMO
By the way this is a community forum for buyers and sellers so I doubt eBay will even see your post much less act on it.

Give an example. Maybe a workaround exists.
I can search my watchlist on my desktop. I set it to display 100 results per page then press CTRL-F
Category filters are also available across the top of the displayed list.

If you are trying to find multiple items from the same seller, you have the option of sorting by seller username.
You can also sort by most recently added to find your most recent entries.

We members do not have any access to change ebay programming.

Searching your watchlist should work just like searching your purchase history. Has an explanation ever been given as to why it is not implemented for the watchlist?

The most common scenario I have is that I will watch the same item from several different sellers after scouring maybe dozens of that item. Cool. So now they are all in my watchlist. Maybe I added them on the same day. Maybe I added them in different weeks.
Now I want to do a quick search of an item name in my watchlist to do another side-by-side comparison to determine which one I am most interested in, or whether the prices have dropped.
I tend to bookmark many items into my watchlist, so I typically have hundreds of items in the list. Using a search feature to see them all side-by-side would be a very useful feature. Paging back and forth or up and down makes the shopping aspect much more difficult.
