SEARCHING DESPERATELY for this little pig.

Dear All,

I have never used EBAY before, and honestly I am not sure this is the right place to begin but I am desperately searching for more information on this stuffed pig and/or this stuffed pig .  I am getting married on Halloween and would love to find this for my fiancée.  He had a pig EXACTLY like this when he was a little boy and I would love to give him on our wedding day (his mother bought him this at a TJ Maxx back in like 1995ish).  I have been SEARCHING for an image of this pig for LITERALLY years and just found it last night; so I am not waiting for the last minute to track it down. Any leads at all would be amazing!

Use the SEARCH function here on eBay.

I did one quick search using the words  plush pink pig with book  and found these two, quite similar to yours:

So just keep messing around, adding words and subtracting words, maybe using info on the tag, and so on, to see what you come up with.

Based on one of those I found, it might be an Eden brand toy, so try that word in your searches, as well.

You also might want to click on product categories above.  There is a toy/hobby group that might be of some help.  Post the same picture.

Aww!  Looks like that one sold an hour after the OP posted ... but at least they now know that it was made by Dakin.

Unless you were the buyer who purchased the pig a few hours ago ... you might be able to find another one by doing this:

• Click on Advanced* search ... AND put in the Search box:  Dakin plush pig.
• When the list of items comes up ... click on 'Save this search' at the top of the list.

You will be sent an email whenever anyone lists an item that matches those three words.  Hopefully another one will be listed soon!

*  You won't see 'Advanced' while you're in the 'Community' section of eBay.  You'll have to move to another section to see it ... in the upper-right corner of the screen.

I'd suggest (dakin, book) plush pig since there's a chance that the seller might not mention Dakin in the listing title.
