I can't find where to go to "revise" a feedback because the seller has responded and something in my original posting must be changed for the better. Thanks for any direction. I searched all over couldn't find the answer.

Your seller is the one to send you a feedback revision request. If they don't send you a revision request then don't worry about it.
I saw your feedback..Are you not returning those items for a refund?..No one has to be stuck with defective product. Money Back Guarantee for Buyers Click that link to learn how to proceed with your refunds. You have 30 days for date of delivery to do so.

The seller needs to send you a feedback revision request, message the seller to let them know. I'm sure they will be more than happy to cooperate.

You have to message the seller by opening the listing in your purchase history and ask them to send you a feedback revision request. Then keep checking your ebay messages for the request, since it will expire 10 days after it was sent, and another one cannot be sent. In the mean time you can reply to the message you have already sent by scrolling to the bottom of your feedback profile page, and clicking on the "Follow up to given feedback button" Then add a comment and say you would be wiling to revise the feedback in it. Do not use that as the only way to make the request though.

Resolved. Seller had to initiate the revision of feedback, which was done, and I revised accordingly. Good result. Thanks.

Matter was resolved. The sell issued a revision request, which was why I initially didn't know where to go..... Now,it's been amicably resolved. I received a refund, and revised the feedback accordingly.
Much appreciated.
