eBay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) will trump a seller's No Returns policy, if you receive an item that is not as described.  However, it may not work the same way if doesn't fit or wrong size is the reason for a return.  That is why we need more information.

You may not realize this, but you have posted your question on the U.S. based site's (ebay.com) community.  While the little information we have given you so far is correct. If you do want to add more information, you may want to login to the U.K. based site's community and post the question and follow up information on its Community. (link below)  There can be minor differences in how you can get resolution between the two sites, especially if this was an international purchase.
