I bought an item and need to return it for SNAD. It was shipped to me Priority and cost $6.75 to ship (4 lbs). So I go to return it today and teh seller gave me a FIRST CLASS shipping label (I didnt realize this until the label printed out and I was ready to stick on teh box.
1. How do I cancel this lable and print a new one?
2. Isnt the seller on the hook to provide the same level/cost of postage for the return
3. Is the seller trying to guarantee that hte item never comes back to him?
4. Can I print my own label from Paypal with the correct postage and still be covered or is it Ebay label or no label?

FC labels used by sellers to ship merchandise has a maximum weight of 15.9 oz. The label generated by e$bay for a SNAD return has a greater weight allowance. There have been many similar posts concerning this same issue. Most of the advice I've read indicated to return using the label you printed through the case.
4# can not be shipped from a selller to a buyer due to the 15.9 of max weight; but, USPS allows returns to be much heavier due to e$bay generating the label through their account,
@rixstuff wrote:4 lbs definitely WONT go FC (I sell jewelry all the time and it caps at 16 oz/1 lb). And yes it was the label EBAY gave me to use to return the item. I didnt even think about the weight or cost because I kinda (foolishly) thought Ebay had already factored that in.

Exactly - "package return" is the key and the reason you received the label you did.
@rixstuff wrote:It says PACKAGE return! So maybe that is whats up. Thousands of purchases and sales and I have never seen this - shows how rarely I return anything. Thanks. I'll use the label. I just didnt want it to go into the PO black hole and not get delivered for insufficient postage or come back because I used the wrong label.

Return service is a contract service between ebay and usps not a weight/size service
