Hi All! Everytime from any seller in the last few days when i want to request an updated total from seller I get an error message that I never got before: "The seller does not offer combined shipping discounts."

Why is this happening a few days ago? Has there been an update on the ebay system?

The seller needs to be sure they have their settings to allow combined shipping

For one, the seller doesn't ship to your country.

Not all sellers offer combined shipping.

Until now, it was possible to request a summary from everyone. Now can it only request from a person who has the combined shipping set up?

It doesn't have to be set up. It just has to be set to allow combined shipping it's been that way years
