Received items I didn't order-how do I get in touch with eBay?

I opened several packages at once (about 3 weeks ago) and don't know which package these 3 small items came from. It was addressed to me. There were 3 items I didn't orde in with items I did (by mistaklke obviously) different category than the ones I did order. I tried to look up one of the items that was sold, but couldn't find recent sale of that item. Don't know how to name the other two. I'm a buyer lately and can't find a way to reach eBay to report this and didn't find a category that helps. Any ideas?

How is eBay going to know if a seller added extra items to a package or know what seller did so? It's possible it wasn't a mistake, it was a seller including an extra item as a thank you. I had that happen with a purchase a couple of weeks ago. Ebay isn't going to be able to help you.

If a seller contacts you to say they mistakenly included something extra in your package, tell them that you will return it if they send a return shipping label. Otherwise the items are considered unsolicited merchandise and are yours to keep, sell or donate as you see fit.

Many sellers add "gifts" to their shipments, usually cheap bits of jewelry or candies.

You are not being billed for them and you don't have to keep them.

The best communication these days is through social media, although I don't think this is worth bugging them about.

Toss the items, or donate the items, your choice.

Thanks for your response. While that's true, I don't think this was the case. The 3 items were entirely unrelated to my purchases, and not of little value. (1 was a Burberry "Hero" Eau deToilette (sampler size) and two sets of plastic discs (1 puzzle, one necklace, both labeled "Oceans of Possibilities". They are more substantial than any freebies I've ever received.

Most likely the Buyer didn't get what they ordered, and the Seller is being blamed. It's possible that the case for refund was sent to eBay.

My impression was that the Seller added it to my package by mistake. Maybe not! I am m ore careful now to account for items from  sellers I bought from.
