Realized I received counterfeit item after 30 day return period.

I just realized I bought a counterfeit jacket from a seller after the 30 day return period.  Is there anything I can do about this? The eBary Money Back Guarantee states: "...including taking action within the required time frames" however it seems vague.

If you paid with Pay Pal, you can open a case with them or contact your credit card.

Before you open a case with Paypal, sign up for their Return Shipping on Us program. Otherwise they require the buyer to pay return shipping cost. But you have to sign up before you open the case.
