Hello! I bought a product form USA and the company who ships the product is USPS I want to know if when the product arrives at Argentina goes to the postal office or directly to my home? Because if it’s the first option and I have to go an pick up at the office I don’t have the correct tracking number because my postal office needs a tracking number which was 2 letters at the beginning and then 9 number. How can I do that?
Thanks

That doesn't sound like a USPS tracking number. Maybe check at Argentina Post for local details> https://www.correoargentino.com.ar/
Can you take your order details page and a photo ID to the post office?

If you look at the eBay order details the tracking number should be found there.
I can't say for sure but it's likely that in Argentina you will have to go to your Post Office or Customs for any incoming international package (probably not if it was just a regular letter).
I know that your country has very strict controls on imports, I stopped shipping there 10 years ago because of all the restriction on imports (not the specific items themselves but rather about importing in general).

If the Seller used eBay's International shipping then the package goes to an eBay hub in the US and then is repacked and shipped to your country using an acceptable delivery service to the address you used at the time of purchase. Go to your Purchase history and check the tracking details on the item you purchased. It may take a little time before the tracking number is loaded onto the item.

USPS First Class International Packages WILL have a tracking number that starts with two letters, 9 digits and ends with two letters (usually "US"). I'm not sure if Priority International numbers are the same format (I haven't used Priority or Express International in many many years).

Can you call your local post office and ask how that will be handled? We would normally assume that it would be delivered exactly like the rest of your mail that you receive.

This site may or may not show tracking for your item
Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking (parcelsapp.com)

If its registered normally you have to sign for it.
If at home you sign for it and if not at home you can pick it up probably the next day at the post office.
It would look something like this...."RR---------US"... There will be numbers in the middle.
The mail can also be rather slow....usually tracking won't pick up until it is in Argentina. There will be a silent period from USA until it enters your country.

Argentina has very strict import limitations and currency controls.
Argentina has just surpassed Venezuela for the highest inflation rate of any country in the world at about 210% annually. It's impossible to avoid import taxes and they must be paid before delivery. In some countries the payment of taxes can be done online, I suspect that may not be possible in Argentina thus requiring a visit to a Post or Customs office.
It would be very helpful if you would post the listing number you purchased. There are many ways this order could have been shipped even if it was original shipped via USPS the International portion might be handled by a different carrier. This could result in a change to the tracking number and might or might not go via the normal postal system.
