Is the thirty days from the day the item was bought or from the day it was delivered. Just curious.

Here's another added answer.
I have had buyers open a claim for a refund after 90 days..eBay allows it and you funds could get on hold for a day.
It doesn't mean buyer will win.
Some buyers do it thinking sellers will refund.
Any buyer can open a claim after 30 days...it's solely up to the seller if they want to give a refund. eBay allows it.
That's where a nasty 'feedback' can sometimes come into play.
Dealing with nickels and dimes and / or feedbacks can sometimes tip the scale this way or that way.

Person sold a solid product. I have no issues with it. Found out I didnt need it. Would have even paid shipping back. Still new in box
