Purchasing a collection only item

I purchased a collection item as the name of the location is local to me. When the seller sent me the address it was in a totally different place but with the same name. It is too far for me to travel to collect. Can I get a refund in these circumstances?

You need to contact the seller about this, since he's the only one who can cancel your transaction, which is what is needed.

Ask the seller to cancel the transaction. Explain your reason: being confused about the item's location.
