Hi, I'm from India and having a Visa virtual gift card, which can only be used in the USA. My question is , can I buy a ebay.com gift card and get it delivered to my email and then redeem the gift card to buy an item on ebay.com and ship it internationally to my location? Is this possible? I'm new to ebay and hence needed advice. Thanks in advance.
