Purchase Ken more fridge water filter

It makes noise when water is filling or when getting water. The water comes out really slow leaving a choice of not to use.  
I need a new one, one that works!

Did you purchase that filter on eBay?  If you did purchase it here and you received it less than 30 days ago, you can go to your purchase history and open a return request, stating that the item does not work. 

If it has been longer than 30 days, you can try contacting your seller to see if they can help you.

Your last option would be to contact your payment provider. eBay does have a 30 day Money Back guarnatee but if it has been longer than that, they won't be able to help you.

And if I wanted to replace my water filter in a Kenmore, then only replace with the recommended branded part. 

Do not scrimp or buy an off brand, knockoff, compatible, etc...

If I pay for a nice refrigerator with water and ice maker, I will use the correct filter for it.
