On the printer friendly page the print button on the top right-hand corner has stopped responding to the press. Any ideas how to solve this issue, problem exists on web browsers Edge and FireFox?

According to others who have had the same issue, the problem lies with Edge. In FireFox take a screen shot and save it to documents or pictures. Then go to where you saved it, open it and print it from there.

Try printing using Control-P or the link to the system dialog if the print menu or print icon option is not responsive. If you are using Microsoft Edge, try using Control-Shift-P to print.
General printing suggestions:
What browsers have you tried?
Check to see how your browsers are set to treat PDF files -- for best results use a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDFs. Often browsers have issues opening PDF files in a browser tab directly using the built-in capabilities. Sometimes a browser update will affect your default settings, so this is something to check if you are having problems printing, along with making your your printer is selected in the print preview.
Are you able to see the print preview of the page?

Thank you, eburtonlab, very much! Yes, I use Edge and was able to print, but I don't see print preview page at all. In a little print window that opened, I could not choose pages or any other options. Just print button was available. Thanks again!
