Price changed

I had several item in my cart.  When I went to paypal to purchase them every single item had an increase in price.  Why?

Doesn't it say 'about' or 'approximate' or some thing similar? Exchange rates can fluctuate hourly, so they may not be able to show an exact amount. Your payment source will be charged the rate at the moment of the transaction at their end, so it may be .73, .72, .74 or somewhere in that range.

Yes..it does say approx. $0.73, but I was charged $0.99.

If I recall correctly, PP has raised the fee on international payments to 4%, at least here on eBay.

PayPal charges a fee for currency conversion. It wouldn't show on ebays records though.
