Since you're located in Sri Lanka it is doubtful that you would find many sellers offering free shipping to your location outside of your country. Free Shipping is usually only offered on domestic shipments and not international ones. Check the listing closely.

I tend to agree. Now it appears that the folks in Sri Lanka have taken to posting thank eBay posts. I'm wondering if there is some sort of deification thing in the works.

Watch for the invitation to the invocation. It will be quite the ceremony.

You need to find sellers that will ship to Sri Lanka.
I don't think anyone but China will ship there for free.

Just curious: Have you and your fellow Sri Lankans been told that asking multiple questions on here will enhance your performance metrics?

Hands down, top 5 inane, insane question this year. Ah, but we have 2 1/2 months to go. Sigh. So, just wait, it will get worse. Guaranteed.

You can and you can also use calculated shipping especially on boat anchors or machinery.

If you find a listing you'd like to bid on that says FREE Shipping, that is normally free only to the residents of the country the seller is in. CLICK on the shipping details and see if it specifically says free shipping to Sri Lanks or FREE International shipping. If it doesn't say that then shipping won't be free.
Before you bid get a shipping quote from the seller to Sri Lanka if you don't see a shipping cost to your country.
