I. Cannot access sellers various photos of stuff their selling , nor can I open other things listed or access to their shop . Means I can’t buy anything ??

There could be a couple of reasons why you are having the problems. If you use a phone or tablet and the app. Try logging in the classic way with your username and password.  If photos are still not showing, you may need to clear your temporary internet files and cookie cache then restart your device.  A recent update to your browser or operating system could be causing the problem.

Hi there, aaww thanks a million for your advice today . I can’t download EBay app as my IPhone is 6+ and only has a 12.12 ? Whatever and eBay needs a 15. Whatever .. my phone is too old for that upgrade . I hope you understand what I mean by “ whatever’s “ I am 8O years old ... I understand the “ whatever’s “ but don’t know what there called . Not sure this would make a difference, but I notice you're registered in the UK, so maybe if you return to your home site and ask your question there, you might find others who have had the same issue and you could learn how they resolved it.
