Permanently setting you search filters

If you want to permanently set your filters to eg: lowest price and UK only then search for anything, go to filters, scroll down to customise, then set lockable filters to ON, then back arrow to previous page, go up to sort and select lowest price then set the padlock to lock, lowest price is now set as default for every search you do, do this for any filter you want.  Hope this helps the community.

Thank you so much!! I’ve been wondering how to do this for years and just happened upon your post by accident.

Re: Permanently setting you search filters

Lockable filters are a useful feature of the eBay app.

For desktop users, some search options can be customized using a browser. From the search results page, at the upper right where you can choose between List or Gallery view, choose the Customize option to see some default search settings.

Unfortunately, Item location is not customizable that way. There is, however, a third party browser extension called "eBay item location -- my country only" that can be used to override eBay's "default" item location setting.

Re: Permanently setting you search filters

The "Customize" menu is only in the eBay app.

From the search results, open the Filter menu, then scroll down to see it.
