Parcel Force Notice of Arrivla of Goods by Post form?

Hello all.

I buy from US to UK sometimes on ebay and sometimes the tax is included on checkout, sometimes it isn't. When it isnt, parcel force or royal mail just give me a letter with a number, and I pay that number online then the next working day they deliver my item.

But this time they gave me this big scary document called Notice of Arrival, which asks all this complicated questions that I have no idea about. Like Eori codes? and PVA codes. I don't know what it is. It is from Parcel Force.

I googled around and it says "Traders and businesses who buy stuff to sell for a profit must register all of this" and I'm just a person who brought a wooden mannequin doll with a 3D printed head from a doll maker in the USA to the UK. I have no idea about traders or businesses. I live in a council owned rented flat and I have never sold anything in my life. I brought the doll to have on my shelf because I liked it.

They think I'm this trader/business. But I'm not. And asking for Eori, whatever that is. And google says "It is a code for people making a profit trading an item from abroad". I don't want to sell it. The item would never be able to sell, anyway. It is a 3D printed doll that looks like a obscure b-movie character. No one in the UK will come and buy that from me.  And if I added money onto it, in order to turn it into a profit, then this magic person who comes to buy this from me would cry that it is "cheap 3D printed plastic". So it is impossible for me to sell it.

I brought it for myself and they sent me this document and I have no idea how to fill it out. The seller is furious. He says he doesnt get his funds until proof of delivery on the tracking. Which I can't until I fill this confusing form out with all these weird terms and codes that I dunno where to find. And it arrived in England on the 26th of June. And has been here so long. But only today did they send this document.

I have no clue what to do. People said to call parcel fofce, but I do not own a phone sadly. Thank you!

You may want to post your question on eBay.co.uk community boards. This is ebay.com USA we don't have anything called Postal Force here, I don't even know what that is or how it works. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thank you. I didn't know there was a difference of ebays. Parcel Force is our version of UPS, it is the mail men.
And I blame Google for this. I googled the problem to see if anyone had it before, and it took me to ebay.com instead of .co.uk to show me another guy talking about a similar situation. And it somehow kept my .com open instead of co.uk
