Hello everyone I just started using eBay but I already am having some problems.I accidentally bought a package label and than upon trying to ship it out I was told that the box was to little and I needed to get a new label.So I ended up just buying one at the post office and sending the info to them to ship.But now I can't not receive the money I was suppose to get for shipping it and selling it cannsomone help me

Your post is bordering on jibberish...

If I understand it correctly, you can get the erroneously printed label refunded through your shipping labels interface...

I have never heard of "too little of a box" so I can't help you there...

You were paid for the shipping with the sale....so you got your money for that....

other than that, I am not able to assist....

Add the tracking number from the new label to the sold item in Seller Hub here:

If the label you purchased on ebay was USPS you can VOID it to receive a refund if it's not going to be used. Do that on Seller Hub labels page:

I can't think of anything else that you would need to do.

I tried putting in the tracking number but the order was already shipped to the persons house.It says there is a error when entering the new tracking number. I just want eBay to know that the package was sent to the buyers home. Already

Did you void the first label? Do it now. Then see if you can add the new tracking #. No one here is ebay and we can't add the new tracking # for you.

On sellers hub it says void requested.

All I can say is double check the numbers and try again. Did you track the number on USPS website to make sure it tracks ok?

If you can't get ebay to accept the number I would send it to customer by ebay message in the mean time. You don't want the customer to think it wasn't shipped.

FYI the voided label is usually refunded in about 15 days.
