Order has not been shipped...more than 90 days.

I thought just because out of stock with this order after I place the order in January(and pay). However, seller never shipped my order. I was waiting and waiting. In April, I've reported my order has not been shipped. Wait until now, my request has not been processed. I cannot reach to the rea person to claim. Can someone help?

Actually, I use gift card with this order. If so, I have no opportunity to get it back. Use $80 to buy the experience, kind of expensive. Will quit ebay, and to amazon....

Yes, it does sound like an expensive lesson. If you do decide to buy on eBay, read the money back guarantee policy from eBay and how it can protect you. There are some rules (policies) you must follow to be protected.

Like Ebay, Amazon has return/refund policies you need to know so this doesn't happen again.

Some of the sellers here also sell on Amazon.
