Only received a partial subscription

I have only received a partial order of a magazine subscription.  Seller is not responding to inquires.  What do I do?  Purchase is passed 90 days.  Was a 52 week subscription.  Only received 13 weeks.

Didn't know that selling magazine subscriptions on eBay was even a thing! Do a charge back on your credit card or through Pay-Pal if you used it to pay with.

Magazine subscriptions have been prohibited on eBay since about 2008, primarily because of the 90-day limit on claims. You can't even access an old ended listing after 90 days. As noted in the other post, you might have recourse through your payment processor such as PayPal or your credit card issuer.

I think it takes about 7 days, but you can get all the way back to date you started.

Even if the seller hasn't been responsive, try reaching out again through various channels (email, phone, website contact form, or social media) to inquire about the missing magazines and express your concerns. Be polite and include all relevant information in your message.
