On_trading selling counterfeit Pokemon cards

Seller is selling re sealed fraudulent Pokemon cards and eBay sided with this thief after being reported amid several negative feedback reports.

This is criminal on the part of eBay and the seller and state and federal law enforcement must take action to prevent consumer fraud and theft by deception because eBay has no problem with this illegal activity. This is shameless and I will no longer be doing business with eBay after spending over 40k this year alone. If eBay wants to side with liars, thieves and lawlessness as opposed to good honest customers they have lost my business and I encourage others to boycott eBay.

If you bought and received a resealed set of Pokemon cards, that not described as being sealed. All you had to do was file an item not as described dispute to get a refund, and give the seller a defect on their account. If the seller has enough disputes filed, they do take actions from limiting their sales to finally removing them from the site.

With millions of listings being posted each day on this site, there is no way ebay can vet each and every listing. They also cannot take the word of one person reporting an item and remove it, because the person reporting could be a competitor of the seller.  So before buying from any seller check their feedback profile, to see how reliable they are.

Did you file a return request @quietea32 ? As mudshark said, that's the way to return for a refund and allow eBay to track the seller's performance and claims.
