Next Step

I put in an offer for a ring that was advertised as a size 7, then noticed in the photos it looked like a 5. I sent a note to the seller, and she said it was actually a size 6, not a seven, so I told her I would have to withdraw my offer. Is that allowed? I am an honest person, but it was listed incorrectly.

Re: Next Step

You can retract your offer, you don't have to wait for the seller.  You choose the reason that the description was changed after you put in the offer, which is true.

Re: Next Step

Under those circumstances, I would expect the seller to not accept the offer and correct the listing to give an accurate description.  Failure of them to do so is just asking for trouble and a SNAD claim.  Has the seller declined your offer?
