New to selling... how can I use my available funds to also purchse?

Is there a way to use our available funds to also purchase items on ebay?  Would make things a lot easier.   Any help would be great!

You would need to apply to use your available funds as Spendable Funds  you should see a blue banner  in your payments tab of your Seller Hub like this….
