Negative feedback left for a seller but its disappeared...

Hallo to every on...here I would like yo share my very very bed review about EBAY...worst what can get from help service...first...I did bought alot stuff which I didnt received at all,what ebay do respond...is sorry...get solved it whit seller...really???seller do not respond ,no money back aswell...or ebay after I bought thing next they sending me message where is saying dont buy this ,its been removed about goes against our policy...super....I did paid,past more then 24 hours then the removing stuff,and when I get in touch whit ebay asking why ????and saying that I did paid already,they only saying...oh...get in touch whit seller,we Cant help,ofcourse I am tryid get in touch,on ebay this person gone...doesn't exist at all,the data which ebay provide seller ist like company on NL...this company doesn't exist on Netherlands,but they do have bank account here in Germany...really???where do ebay service look????😤🤬my money gone,no help from ebay...the lest thing that make me to understand  ebay is Rubbish place...yesterday I did made a BID,I did won...seller send me a message where she writes sorry I already sold shoes...but the bids been carrying on after she did sold already...super!!!!she didn't removed them,she told that she been get in touch whit ebay asking to stop,but ebay respond to her we can't!!!really????🤬I did left my feedback to her ...negative...I dont believe what ever...but my feedback today ist gone...disappeared...super...why?????🤬

Your review ebay...ist pour....very pour...on Facebook marketplace if someone post item for a sell what goes against policy in 5 min they deleting it...and here on ebay looks like dont care at all....I did heard bed experiences from others,didn't believe it...but now I do believe...ebay ist worst place ...

eBay bietet einen sehr guten Käuferschutz für diejenigen, die sich die Zeit nehmen, die bedingungen zu lesen und zu befolgen. Der schutz auf der Deutschen Website kann von dem hier abweichen.

I believe you are saying you bought an item and it never arrived, and now that 30 days have passed, you can't file an item not received case in eBay. What you can do is file an item not received case through Paypal. You should be able to get your money refunded there.

that I know darling,but I did made purchase not whit PayPal...but straight on seller Bank account...that's only what was where to pay...😖

Since the consumer protection laws in Germany are vastly different than  those in the USA, it would probably be better to post your thread on the Germany eBay boards if you want advice on how to handle the situation.

Of course, there are a number of reasons why eBay would remove feedback.  One might be that if you attempted to open an INR case but it was past the deadline and mentioned it in the feedback, that would probably be enough for removal.  Naturally, since the feedback has been removed there is no way for us to view it and see if there is some policy violation causing it to e removed.

Your feedback was deleted because you never paid for the item and eBay will protect bad sellers. I bought some item's, it took WEEKS to get it. They traveled less than 500 miles. it was because the seller didn't ship it out for 10 days. I left feedback and it was gone the next day. this was because the seller was a big store chain and eBay was protecting them. I had said nothing untrue or nasty in my feedback. I stated the truth that the seller took 10 days to ship out and the item's were late. I had bought 2 item's from them and left 2 feed backs, BOTH were gone and it didn't even say it had been deleted.

I did bid,I won,and after 5 min get a message whit excuses..seller messaged me ,and ebay send a message that she wants to cancel my purchase...
